At Frexalonnlox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of ElevateDaily. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.
- Products returned after the 30-day return period.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow storage instructions.
4. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, consumers have guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee (for example, the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose), you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the conditions set out in this Return Policy. 6. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product, an error on our part, or a failure to meet consumer guarantees. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange collection.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
10. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following the process outlined above.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect returns initiated before the update.
